Does students know their expected learning results,my answer is no.Some students do not know, maybe because its not enforce upon us.Even though its not enforce some students want to pass the class with an A+ and then we have the students that will rather pass with a C.This also depends on the students mindset and if they want to be an A+ student.

A solution our school should use to motivate students to know the ESLRs,is to give awards not just the certificates, they should give out gift cards to clothing stores and fast food places, and that will most likely spark our interest.

Its important for the school to have goals written down so the students would know what they are  expected to achieve during the school year.Thats why the teaacher give out an syllabus on the first day with everything that they expect you to have without that you wouldnt be able to pass the class.
